The residence is composed of 30 apartments in row buildings on 4 different levels, surrounded by the green. All the apartments are on the ground floor, have a shaded veranda, some with barbecue. The residence disposes also of a swimmingpool (which can be used also during the night), a bar, a TV room, a private parking with personal magnetic access card, safe at the reception, laundromat.

2-roomed 4: room with double bed (extra bed possible), living room with kitchenette and foldaway double bed couch, bathroom with shower.
1-room 2: living room with kitchenette, double bed couch, bathroom with shower, veranda.
2-roomed 7 SUPER: living room with kitchenette and 2 double bed couches, double room with 3rd. bed, 2 bathrooms with shower, veranda.
